The Valley is a gentle fairway driver from Vibram, mildly understable with pleasant glide. At moderate power it flies nearly straight with a soft finish, and with a bit more it holds long shallow turnovers. That makes it an easy first driver in the rubber lineup and a relaxing control disc for anyone. It does not fight you, it does not surprise you, and on wooded fairways that is worth a lot.
