What are the selling fees on Disc.Market?

A 10% commission on the item price plus shipping (never on tax), plus a flat $0.35 per order. There are no buyer fees, no listing fees, and no subscription.

Do buyers pay any fees?

No. There are no buyer fees on Disc.Market. The buyer's total at checkout, the card charge, and sales tax do not change. All seller fees come out of the seller's payout only.

What does the $0.35 per-order fee cover?

The flat $0.35 per order covers payment processing and tracking. It is cost-recovery, not a profit center.

Is the commission charged on sales tax?

How do fees work on auctions?

Exactly the same as fixed-price sales: the 10% commission and the $0.35 per-order fee apply to the final sale price — the winning bid (or Buy-It-Now price), plus shipping, never tax. The same applies to second-chance offers. There is no insertion or listing fee for auctions.

Does the shipping label cost come out of my payout?

Only if you buy a shipping label from your dashboard — we sell them at our exact discounted carrier rate with no markup, and that cost is deducted from your payout (it replaces buying postage yourself). If you ship with your own labels, nothing extra is deducted. The net figures shown above are before any label cost.
