The Silicon is Loft's overstable midrange, an element named workhorse for the shots you cannot afford to turn over. It holds a hyzer line all the way, fights headwinds without wobbling right, and gives forehand throwers a mid they can power up on. The glide is decent for a disc this stable, so it carries farther than the strong fade suggests. Intermediate and better players will find it slots neatly into the dependable left finishing role every bag needs.
