The Warrior is an overstable Gateway midrange for shots that must finish left. It holds its line briefly, then commits to a strong fade that stays honest in wind and on hard forehand releases. That makes it the mid for dogleg approaches, flex shots through gaps, and gusty days when a neutral disc gets carried away. It gives up some distance and touch in exchange, which is exactly what an overstable mid is in the bag to do.
