The Pioneer is a low glide, hard finishing fairway driver for players who want certainty over distance. It bores forward on the line you set, shrugs off headwinds, then drops with a heavy fade you can plan a whole hole around. Forehand players in particular love this kind of flight for skip shots and forced doglegs. Released in 2018, it demands decent power to be useful, but in the right hands it is wonderfully repeatable.
