The XS is the overstable counterpart in Discraft's old X series of fairway drivers. It holds its line at speed without turning, carries respectably, and closes with a firm, reliable fade that shows up in any conditions. That profile made it a headwind and forehand driver for players of its era, and surviving copies still do that job fine. It is a piece of early 2000s Discraft history more than a modern staple, but the flight remains honest.
