New Paul McBeth Big Z Malta Discraft Yellow - 175g

The Discraft Malta is a Paul McBeth signature midrange with a strong overstable flight that holds up in the wind and snaps back reliably at the end. This one is in Big Z plastic, a textured variant of Z with extra grip and a slightly softer feel than standard Z, making it comfortable for both backhand and sidearm throws.

Plastic & Feel

• Big Z is a textured version of Discraft's Z plastic with added grip in all conditions
• Slightly less firm than standard Z, which makes it easier to hold through a full forehand release
• Opaque yellow color with a multicolor wasp stamp that pops cleanly on this color

Flight Profile

• Speed 5 / Glide 4 / Turn 1 / Fade 3 — a very overstable midrange
• Built for forehand utility shots and spike hyzers where you need the disc to land and stop
• Punches through headwinds without turning over, making it a reliable gap-finder in tough conditions

Ideal For

Players of any level who want a dependable overstable midrange. Newer players will appreciate how the reliable fade keeps the disc on a predictable line, while players who throw forehands will find it especially useful for headwind approaches and flex shots that need a hard finish.
