The Dynamic Discs Maverick is a fairway driver that sits on the understable side of the spectrum, making it one of the more approachable drivers in the Dynamic Discs lineup. This one comes in the Special Edition Lucid (SE Fusion) plastic in a clean blue colorway with a silver stamp.
SE Fusion is a swirled, slightly translucent plastic that gives each disc a unique marbled look. It has the same durable base as standard Lucid but with the added visual flair of color blending through the material. The feel in hand is smooth and consistent, with enough grip to handle both backhand and forehand releases comfortably.
Speed 7 / Glide 4 / Turn -1.5 / Fade 2. The Maverick is built for straight power lines and smooth S-curves, turning over gently at higher speeds before finishing with a reliable but manageable fade. It also handles long hyzer-flip lines well, flattening out through the midrange of the flight and finishing relatively straight.
Newer players will find the Maverick easy to get distance from without needing a lot of arm speed. It rewards smooth, controlled releases and is a solid first fairway driver for anyone still building power and consistency off the tee.
