This Innova Star Thunderbird features the collectible Team Innova Little Wing stamp in dark red foil over a clean light green Star flight plate. At 175g and in new, unthrown condition, this is a much less common Thunderbird than the standard production-stamped Star runs and makes an excellent collector piece or premium thrower. Plastic & Feel Star is Innova's premium opaque driver plastic, combining excellent durability with dependable grip and a slightly softer feel than Champion. Star Thunderbirds are known for maintaining their stability while gradually seasoning into extremely workable control drivers. Team Innova Stamp The standout feature of this disc is the small Team Innova wing stamp , often referred to by collectors as the Little Wing or Mini Wings Team Stamp . Team-stamped discs were produced in much smaller quantities than ordinary stock-stamped discs and have developed their own collector following, particularly on classic Innova molds such as the Thunderbird, Firebird, Destroyer, Wraith, and TeeBird. It offers a straight, torque-resistant flight with dependable fade, making it excellent for placement drives, controlled hyzers, forehands, moderate headwinds, and long fairway shots. Innova describes it as having the stability of a TeeBird with the speed of a Valkyrie. Collector Appeal Team Innova stamps are considerably less common than normal production artwork, and the small wing design gives this otherwise minimalist Thunderbird a distinctly team-issued appearance.
