D.A.V.E.’S. (Dave’s Automatic Variable Expander System) A completely redesigned spin dye jig system built from the ground up for improved centering, adjustability, and disc grip. Using a mechanical expanding pulley system, all three arms expand and contract simultaneously to automatically center the disc while gripping either the inner or outer rim*. The result is faster setup, reduced movement, and more consistent spin dyeing. Built-in ratcheting indents help lock the system into position once adjusted. The expanding pulley mechanism design was inspired by historical mechanical systems dating back over 100 years, adapted specifically for disc dyeing applications.
