The Detour is an understable midrange from MVP built for shaping lines rather than fighting them. It turns readily at ordinary power, holds long, graceful anhyzer routes, and glides well enough to carry through the whole flight. Newer players will find it flips up straight and adds easy distance to their midrange game, while stronger arms use it for touch turnovers and reaching around obstacles. Keep the nose down and it rewards smooth, relaxed throws.
