Katana

The Katana is Innova's glide monster for players chasing every last foot of distance. Born in the late 2000s wide rim era, it wants a full power S curve: substantial early turn, a long drifting midsection, and a late fade that brings it back. Thrown well it is one of the longest discs in the catalog, and thrown modestly it still gives respectable distance thanks to all that float. Big arms sometimes find it too flippy in a tailwind, which is exactly why developing players love it as a max distance staple.
