The original Eagle dates to Innova's very first years, part of the small San Marino lineup that launched the company. It flew as an overstable driver for its day, with a sure fade that mirrors what the modern Eagle name still stands for, though the old mold is far slower than anything current. Today it lives mostly in collections, thrown occasionally for nostalgia rounds. As a piece of golf disc history it matters more than it flies.
