The Ether is a modern distance driver from Gateway with a workable, slightly stable flight. Given real arm speed it shows a touch of high speed turn, a long gliding midsection, and a moderate fade that keeps the finish predictable without giving distance back. It rewards clean form more than raw muscle, making it a sensible first true distance driver for players stepping up from fairways. Underpowered throws will still fade early, as with any disc this fast.
