Land Mine

The Land Mine is Doomsday's overstable approach putter, and the name describes the landing. Low glide and a firm fade mean it flies a short controlled distance, drops, and stays put, exactly what you want when the green sits next to water or the wind is gusting. It handles forehand flicks and hard flat throws without turning, so you can be aggressive at the basket without fearing the fly by. As a putting putter it is stiff; as an approach tool it is excellent.
