The Sol is the glidey, flippy midrange in Paige Pierce's Discraft line, built for players who want the disc to do the work. A smooth flat throw drifts right and just keeps carrying, a hyzer release flips up and rides straight, and with a little height it turns into an easy roller. Slower arms love it because it produces full flights at low power. Strong throwers should treat it as a specialty shot shaper, not an everyday mid.
