The MD3 is the control mid of the Discmania lineup, the one players reach for when a shot has to hold its line at full commitment. It flies straight with a touch more backbone than the MD1, shrugging off power that would turn a neutral mid over, then finishes with a small honest fade. That blend makes it equally comfortable on backhands and flat forehands. If you want one dependable midrange for most situations, this is the shape.
