The DD1 is a workhorse distance driver with just enough movement in both directions to be shaped. Thrown at full power it drifts slightly right through the middle of the flight, then comes back with a firm, predictable fade. That is the classic recipe for a control distance driver: long enough for open holes, obedient enough for placement. It rewards a developed backhand and a confident forehand, while lower power throwers will mostly see the hyzer half of its flight.
