The Sailor is a vintage AMF Voit disc from the sport's 1970s childhood, and the name fits: it is a floaty, unhurried flyer that rides the air more than it cuts through it. Thrown easy it holds a soft straight line with no real fade to speak of, more picnic companion than fairway weapon. Collectors of early disc golf history keep it alive today, and as a gentle catch disc it still does its original job.
